We have many children and young people at All Saints each week. We aim to provide a full range of fun and engaging Bible teaching and activities for all age groups. If you are visiting All Saints, we would be pleased to look after your children.
Our main children's activities for ages 0-14 take place during our 10:30am service. Every month or so this is an all-age service, where all the children (except the crèche) stay for a shorter, family-friendly service together.
Crèche - under 2s
An unsupervised creche is provided at the 9am service and a supervised creche at the 10:30am service for children under two. There is also an enclosed room at the back of the church building where parents can sit with babies and very young children (a small selection of quiet puzzles and toys is available).
First Steps - ages 2 to 3½
First Steps is our Sunday toddler group with teaching and activities taking place in the North Building. The group meets during the 10:30am service but does not meet during the all-age services.
All Saints Kids - age 3 to school year 6
Kids come into church for the child-friendly part of the 10:30am service (except for all-age services) and then meet in other locations for a mix of Bible teaching, games, songs and crafts, returning back to church at the end of the service. There are three All Saints Kids groups:
- Scramblers: ages 3-5
- Climbers: ages 5-8
- Explorers: ages 9-11
Pathfinders - school years 7 to 9
The Pathfinders stay in church for the first part of the 10:30am service (except for all-age services) and then go out for Bible teaching and activities. There is also a programme of occasional evening and weekend social activities.
The Next Generation (TNG) - school years 10 to 13
TNG is the youth group for school years 10 and upwards (14-18s). The group meets for Bible study each Sunday evening after the 6:00pm service in the North Building, 7:30 to 9pm. TNG have a range of social activities throughout term and the school holidays including social events and an annual weekend away.
